Every Thursday, we walk 10K steps. Here are the details for buying crew merchandise, contributing a coffee and contacting the crew.
Seller & contact
The seller and data controller for this shop is Walking Nation, a Belgian commanditaire vennootschap (CommV).

Contact us about orders, fulfilment, returns, payment problems or your personal data. Include your order reference when contacting us about a purchase.
Sales & fulfilment
The shop sells a white Crew T-shirt with front and back print for EUR 29 and a natural cotton Crew tote for EUR 18. T-shirt sizes M and L are available for purchase. Sizes S and XL use the stock notification option when that service is available.
Prices, quantities and the total payable appear before payment. Payments are one-time purchases processed through Stripe. Review your items, size and contact details before continuing to payment.
Pickup and delivery
Choose pickup at a Thursday walk or delivery follow-up. The crew uses your mobile number and chosen WhatsApp or SMS preference to agree the arrangements. The collection date stays flexible. Any delivery charge requires your agreement before it becomes payable.
Goods are supplied within 30 days of the order unless you agree another date. Contact the crew before paying if you need a particular collection date or delivery arrangement. Your statutory rights apply if an order arrives late, is damaged or differs from its description.
Keep your payment confirmation and fulfilment messages. Contact us for a copy of your order details and the terms applying to your purchase.
Belgian law applies alongside the mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence. For an order complaint, contact the seller above.
Returns & refunds
For merchandise bought online, you have 14 days from receiving your goods to tell us you are withdrawing. This also covers goods ordered online and collected at a walk. Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us.
Contact us by email using your order reference. You can use the form below or another clear statement. Return goods to Walking Nation at the address above; contact us to arrange a handover. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. The seller handles reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods.
We refund the purchase and any original standard delivery charge within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, subject to receiving the goods or proof of return. Refunds use your original payment method. You may examine and try on a T-shirt; handling beyond what is needed to assess it can reduce the refund for lost value.
Your merchandise has the statutory two-year conformity guarantee. Report faulty or incorrect items with your order details so we can arrange the remedy required by law.

Information and purposes
- Orders and contributions: items, size, quantity, payment reference, email collected at checkout, mobile number and fulfilment preference. We use these to process payments, arrange fulfilment, respond to questions and handle refunds. The legal basis is performance of your purchase contract, with legal obligations applying to accounting records.
- WhatsApp or SMS: your chosen contact channel is used for order follow-up. Marketing requires a separate appropriate permission.
- Stock notifications: when enabled, your email and selected size are used with your consent for a requested stock update. New requests require email confirmation, which expires after 24 hours. Confirmed requests expire after 90 days or are removed after notification or cancellation. Feature-specific details describe the active service.
- Analytics: Google Analytics receives usage events, campaign attribution, pseudonymous identifiers and purchase value/items, with IP anonymisation and Google signals and ad personalisation switched off. Personal contact details stay in the order process.
- Technical operation: hosting providers process connection and security information, including IP addresses, to serve and protect the site. Our legitimate interests support essential operation and security.
Services and access
Vercel hosts the website. Stripe processes payments and retains payment records under its own legal obligations; payment-card details are handled by Stripe. WhatsApp involves Meta when you choose that channel. Google Analytics involves Google; the Instagram embed involves Meta after you choose to load it. Stock notifications, when enabled, use Supabase for storage and Resend for email delivery.
These providers can process information outside the EEA under their applicable transfer arrangements. Their information is available from Stripe, Vercel, Google, WhatsApp, Instagram, Supabase and Resend.
Retention and your rights
Order and payment records are kept for fulfilment, applicable accounting requirements, legal claims and support. Statutory retention periods and active disputes determine retention where relevant. You can request the applicable retention period for your records. Stock notification retention is described above; browser preferences remain until you reset them or clear site storage.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and information about recipients; you can object where the legal basis permits and withdraw optional consent at any time. Withdrawal affects future consent-based processing. Some records remain subject to legal retention duties.
You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
